Why does my cart say I have more items than I have selected?

Your selected event will count as one product. Additional products will include start locations, day selected, bus transfers etc.
For example, if you book one Challenge Tour registration it will register as two products; one being the actual ride and one being your start location. Your additional bus transfer will also count as a product.

How do I register a team code for the Challenge Tour?

If you click on the ‘Bupa Challenge Tour’ button on the home page it will open a registration for a single rider. During this process it will ask for your team code (i.e. BCT123). This team code will be issued to you prior to registrations opening if you have previously had a team. If you are starting a new team you can set up a code by emailing breakawayseries@sa.gov.au with your team captain’s name, mobile phone number and email address. A code will then be sent to you to distribute to your team members.
Alternatively you can select ‘No’ when asked if you have a team code and we will be in contact with you shortly and will update your booking manually.

How do I register more than one rider for the Challenge Tour?

If you click on the ‘Bupa Challenge Tour’ button on the home page it will open a registration for a single rider. Once you have completed this registration and clicked ‘add to cart’ the shopping cart page will have an ‘add another rider’ button at the top of the page. Click this button to add your next rider.

I’m registering for the Challenge Tour and am unsure if I want to purchase a bus transfer. Can I purchase my bus transfer later?

Yes, you can always purchase a bus transfer at another time. You do not have to book them at the same time.

Why do you require my emergency contact details?

Our timing system enables us to track your location to ensure you cross all points safely. We do follow up riders who have not crossed the finish line from 4pm with a phone call. It also enables us to liaise with emergency services if in the unlikely event you are involved in an accident.

Why do I have to register one adult and one child for Family Ride?

The Family Ride is for families only and therefore each entry must have one adult and one child at minimum.

Can I register now and pay later?

Yes, if you have created a login account you can add one or more riders or book tickets and pay all at once by logging back into your account at a later date.

Can I pay cash?

No, the system will only accept valid VISA or MasterCard.

How do I go about obtaining a refund?

Each product has different refund policies. Please check the terms and conditions before contacting us at tourdownunder@sa.gov.au with your booking number (found on your receipt).

Can I change my jersey size?

Yes, please email your booking number (found on your receipt) to tourdownunder@sa.gov.au with your new jersey size. Our team will then contact you once updated.

How do I book for more than one event?

Once you click ‘add to cart’ after registering for one event the shopping cart will state ‘add another rider’ or ‘continue shopping’ in blue and orange buttons at the bottom of the screen. Alternatively, you can click on ‘home’ in the menu and navigate from there to your next chosen product or event.

What do I do if I don’t know the names of all my Legends’ Night Dinner guests?

Please write TBA in all unknown fields and we will be in contact closer to the event to obtain the details of your guests.

Do you take AMEX?

No, unfortunately we only take VISA or MasterCard.
